Problem 1: The surface of the inner chip removal deep hole drilling is rough

Cause:

1. Cutting bonding

2. Poor coaxiality

3. The cutting speed is too low, the feed is too large or uneven.

4. The tool geometry is not suitable

Solution:

1. Reduce the cutting speed, avoid chipping, switch to cutting fluids with high extreme pressure performance, improve filtration, and increase the pressure and flow of the cutting fluid

2. Adjust the coaxiality between the main shaft of the machine tool and the drill sleeve, and use an appropriate drill sleeve diameter.

Cause:

1. The chip breaking is not good and the chips cannot be discharged.

2. The feed amount is too large, too small or uneven.

3. Excessive wear of the drill bit

4. The cutting fluid is not suitable

Solution:

1. Change the size of the chip breaker to avoid too long or too shallow, and find the chipping situation in time and replace it. Increase the pressure and flow of the cutting fluid, and use workpieces with uniform material organization.
